I don't know if there is such a thing as "love" for a thing or object, but I confess I LOVE Swan Yachts. I'm not really sure what it is about them, but certainly the lines, the speed, the quality of build are all part of the equation.

There's something about these yachts that make me "want" to care for them. If I'm on a dock and spot a Swan with a line out of place, I have to stop myself from making it right. My own Swan was bristol in every sense.

I've met other Swan owners and they are the same way, we care for these yachts with such affection. I appreciate a well varnished Hinckley, or John Alden - - I don't want one, but I like their lines. And so the question is why? Why do we love Swan Yachts? What is it about them that is more than just a yacht?
